  1. Information About Us and Introduction to Our Services

1.1 ADHD Access is a training and clinical prescribing service operated by True Face Integrated Care Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07123619. Our registered office is located at 381 Brinsworth Road, Brinsworth, Rotherham, S60 5DL.

1.2 We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator for health and social care services in England. Our CQC care provider number is 1-6637864915.

1.3 ADHD Access provides specialist services to individuals with a formal diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). We do conduct ADHD assessments and diagnostic evaluations along with this using NICE approved DIVA 5 diagnostic forms. Our role is to support patients following diagnosis through the medical management of ADHD.

1.4 Our clinical services include the prescribing of ADHD medication, monthly prescription reviews, annual reviews, and additional patient-requested interim reviews where appropriate. Prescribing decisions are made based on current best practice and in accordance with NICE guidelines and CQC regulations.

1.5 Services are delivered through a combination of online virtual consultations and face-to-face appointments at our clinic located in Rotherham. During clinical reviews, we conduct physical observations including weight, blood pressure, pulse, and electrocardiograms (ECG). Where clinically indicated, such as in the prescribing of second-line medications like atomoxetine, we may also facilitate blood testing.

1.6 ADHD Access works in partnership with a network of trusted professionals offering ADHD coaching and psychotherapy. Where appropriate, patients may be referred to these partners for additional non-pharmacological support, such as cognitive behavioural therapy and structured coaching.

1.7 Our services operate Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We are not a crisis service provider. If you require urgent care, you should contact your GP or seek immediate assistance through NHS 111 or emergency services.

1.8 ADHD Access provides services to individuals aged 18 or over who are registered with a GP in England. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure their eligibility prior to using our services.

1.9 While we primarily offer remote care, not all presentations are suitable for virtual consultations. We recommend contacting us for suitability confirmation before booking.

1.10 We encourage coordination of care with the patient’s GP or primary healthcare provider. In situations where a GP cannot be disclosed, care may still proceed on a case-by-case basis following clinical review.

1.11 Clinical consultations are conducted using CareBit video which is our patient consultation platform. Secure access links for appointments will be sent by email. We do not use a patient login portal. Clinical documents, such as prescriptions, reports, or assessments, will be provided as password-protected email attachments to ensure confidentiality.

1.12 For safe access to services, we advise all patients to use a secure and private internet connection. ADHD Access accepts no liability for data breaches or service issues arising from use of public or unsecured networks.

1.13 Prior to receiving clinical care, patients must present valid photo identification. Accepted forms include a valid passport, UK photo-card driving licence, Home Office residence permit, EU or Swiss ID card, armed forces ID, blue badge, citizen card, or valid student ID.

1.14 ADHD Access does not participate in the NHS Right to Choose scheme and does not currently accept referrals made under this programme.
